Haruka Teramoto is a moving image artist / film director working across 2D/3DCG animated short film, music video, and live-action film. His practice encompasses a broad range of media — video, photography, text, audio, and narrative. Among his central concerns is an investigation into the structural properties of cinema, particularly the frame and flicker. His work is further shaped by interests in the poetics of enumeration, metaphor and errancy, dialect and body, and cameras and captured image.
